Me calling around or Sony for making needed improvements?
They are doing serious damage to this game. I had high hopes that the delay was to polish it up, but now that they're possibly changing the name and allegedly bringing it into the Assassin's Creed brand, I have started to worry. I don't have much faith that they know exactly how to market this type of game. It's not a wide open sandbox game with tons of different types of vehicles to drive like GTA. It has a story and missions, but are they repetitive? Did Ubisoft feel like it...
I didn't believe this so I called around to my Gamestops here in town. They were all sold out. One manager told me they have been sold out in every store in town and on Gamestop.com for about a month. He also hypothesized that Sony didn't expect there to be as much demand so they have stopped manufacturing them to make some changes and improvements to it.
Clickbait article. 37 PS4 reviews versus 13 Xbox One reviews. Not an apple's to apple's comparison.
...and The Last of Us....and Uncharted...and God of War...and MLB The Show. That reminds me, what baseball game does Xbox have? Oh, that's right. THEY DON'T HAVE ONE! But let's keep going, shall we? ...and LittleBigPlanet... and Infamous.....and Drive Club.....and Gran Turismo....and Ratchet and Clank....and whatever game David Cage is working on.
Let's name some Xbox games. Gears, Halo, Ryse(LMFAO), Forza. That's about it..
Get over it. No one wants that tired ass game. Not even Microsoft. The only reason they bought it is because they barely have any studios to make exclusive games as it is and they were afraid of it going multi-platform.
Micro$oft is inching closer and closer to that original DRM mess they had planned.
It starts with removing the disc drive. Then obviously the digital games will be locked to that specific system. And lastly, they'll announce you must be connected to the internet before they'll work.
Just wait and see.
This is marketing BS. Games were able to do invisible server side updates back on PS3 and 360. It's not new or exclusive to Microsoft. Contrary to what M$ would have you believe, they didn't invent everything.
For the record, I'm pro Sony all the way. However, I do have common sense and knew that this was a marketing experiment.
This is a test to see how well PlayStation Now might sell at $15 a month for all you can play. If this does well at $15, Sony will determine that PS Now will sell well at a higher price because it offers more value. Don't bite at this and PlayStation Now has a chance to be cheaper.
So if I turn my head and it takes a split second longer to show that on screen, it will make me sick? No.
Rust’s Garry Newman says Valve VR makes the Rift “feel like torture a device"
Which I take to mean it doesn't work as well as OR. Good VR will probably make most people queezy. If it doesn't, it's doing it wrong.
Technically, he's right. They don't make too many VCR's nowadays.
People like you are the reason EA makes hardly any effort in improving Madden. They need to take a year or two off so that they can develop a better engine before finally having two different teams similar to how Call of Duty does with IW and Treyarch. This yearly cycle doesn't give them time to do anything meaningful.
And what would you have Sony give us for free right now? A retail game that JUST RELEASED 2 MONTHS AGO?
You have to have patience and understand that it's early in the PS4's life and not a lot of games are even out for it, let alone games that they can add to the Instant Game Collection. The good AAA free games will come as time passes. Jeez dude.
Yes, it's a bug. I wasn't disputing that. I may have worded that wrong. It's just that he seemed to shrug it off as an isolated incident. When in fact, it's much more widespread.

People tried telling him about this a month ago but he didn't seem very interested. He just called it "a bug".
Riiiight. And you'll go out and buy what? An Xbox that also requires a subscription to play online but also keeps their apps like Netflix behind a paywall? Yeah ok. Get out of here, troll.
Xbox has not sold more in the US than the PS4. Where's this site getting their info?
Sony needs to develop their own Social channel on PlayStation Live so people who want to broadcast without having to use the Playroom can do so. They could also introduce parental settings for PlayStation Live users who may have children in the home if they wanted.
